摘要 针对山区小流域实测资料一致性和完整性不足的问题,提出采用水力学法分析山区小流域的洪水风险,同时引入经验参数"安全阈值"判断堤防防护区的可能风险点,便于防洪风险预警预判。以浙江省兰江段为例,介绍了基于水力学法的洪水风险分析方法,分析其可能的出险点并绘制风险范围图,对于流域的开发建设和救援抢险有一定指导意义。 Aiming at the lack of consistency and integrity in measured data of small watershed in mountain areas, the hydraulics method is proposed to analyze the flood risk of small watershed in mountain areas. Meanwhile, the empirical parameters "Safety Threshold" is introduced to judge the probable risk sites in dike protection zone so that it is convenient for early warning of flood risk. Taking the Lanjiang River in Zhejiang Province, this paper introduces flood risk analysis based hydraulics method to determine probable risk sites and the risk range maps are plotted. So, it has guiding signifi- cance to development, construction and emergency rescue of river areas.
