面板堆石坝堆石体施工进度实时仿真系统研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 在面板堆石坝施工过程中,由于需要考虑的因素众多,因此坝体实际填筑进度与计划进度很难达到一致。为了提供合理的施工方案以便准确完成施工进度计划,基于成熟的仿真理论并结合数据库技术,通过面板堆石坝仿真系统参数确定、施工仿真系统假定、仿真系统约束条件、坝面流水作业参数确定,开发了面板堆石坝堆石体施工进度实时仿真系统,还添加了工程进度实时控制模块,对整个施工过程进行数值仿真计算,再通过可视化技术和信息管理技术对计算图、结果表等多种形式、各种信息进行归纳、分类和整理,辅助面板堆石坝施工管理和决策,并根据实际施工进度反馈的信息对仿真系统进行动态调整,从而与实际进度相吻合。最后通过实例分析,得到实际填筑强度、计划填筑强度与调整后填筑强度对比图,不仅为施工管理人员提供了有效的辅助分析工具,而且提高了工作效率。 In construction process of face roekfill dam, due to many factors need to be considered, the actual filling of the dam and planned progress is difficult to reach consensus. In order to provide a reasonable construction plan for com- pleting construction schedule accurately, based on the proven simulation theory and database technology, the real-time simulation system of construction schedule for rockfill dam is developed through determination of rockfill dam simulation system parameters, constraints and dam assembly-line parameters, and assumption of simulation system construction. The project progress of real-time control module is also added to numerically simulate the entire construction process. The visualization techniques and information management technology are used to summarize, classify and organize the computing results, such as various of graphs and information tables, which assist rockfill dam construction management and decision-making. According to the actual construction progress feedback information, it dynamically adjusts the sim- ulation system, which is consistent with the actual progress. Through case studies, it gets the actual filling strength, comparison diagram between planned filling strength and adjusted filling intensity, which provides an effective analysis tool for assisting construction management and improvement of work efficiency.
