摘要
为确保66kV交流输电线路下相导线绝缘斗臂车带电作业的安全性,并进一步提高带电作业的工作效率,主要从带电作业时的安全距离、绝缘斗臂车的绝缘性能能否满足相关要求两方面进行分析并开展了绝缘上臂及整车泄漏电流试验、绝缘上臂交流耐压试验、绝缘模拟人绝缘泄漏试验,结果表明,在额定线电压下绝缘上臂和整车泄漏电流最大值分别为60.7、65.0μA,满足规程要求;作业人员穿戴全套屏蔽服接触带电模拟导线的实操试验中无任何不适感。可见使用配网绝缘斗臂车为66kV交流输电线路下相导线开展带电作业是可行的。
In order to ensure the safety of live-working using vehicle-mounted elevating and rotating aerial devices for bottom phase conductor of 66 kV AC transmission line and further improve working efficiency for live-working, this pa- per mainly analyzed safety distance of live-working and whether the vehicle insulation performance can satisfy relative re- quirement or not. Then, it carried out leakage Current test of insulated upper arm and the whole vehicle, AC withstand voltage test of insulated upper arm, insulating leakage current test of insulated simulation man. The results show that the maximal leakage current of insulated upper arm and the whole vehicle is 60.7 /zA and 65.0 /zA respectively under rated line voltage. So, it meets the regulation requirements. The experiment proved that there is no comfortlessness to live- working worker when wearing full-set shielding clothes touch charged simulation conductor on vehicle-mounted elevating and rotating aerial devices. As a result, it is feasible to carry out live-working using vehicle-mounted elevating and rota- ting aerial devices of distribution network for bottom phase conductor of 66 kV AC transmission line.
