基于固液耦合模型的塌陷区挂帮矿开采可行性分析

摘要 随着采选技术的进步,为了尽可能多的回收国家有用资源,需要对某铁矿塌陷区挂帮矿进行回收,而部分挂帮矿位于某铁矿东区拦洪坝水库附近,地表不允许塌陷,需要保证地表拦洪坝和某铁矿主采区的的安全,因此需要对其开采可行性进行分析。本文建立固液耦合模型,通过计算机进行数值模拟,分析开采过程中的应力、位移和安全系数情况。模拟结果表明,该部分挂帮矿体的开采,可能会导致地表水体与地下采场贯通,使水库中的水流向某铁矿主采区,影响主采区的安全生产,因此建议拦洪坝附近禁止一切开采活动,对该部分的矿体不予回收。 With the progress of mining and processing technology ,in order to recycling more useful resources as many as possible ,in need of recycling the subsidence area hang wall ore in a certain iron mine , and some hang wall ore is located near the east flood control dam reservoir ,the surface is not allowed to collapse ,to ensure the safety of flood control dam and the main mining area of the iron mine ,we need to analyze its mining feasibility .Solid-liquid coupling model is established in this paper ,through the finite element software to simulate the excavation progress ,and analyze the stress ,displacement and safety factor . The simulation results show that excavating the part of the hanging wall ore may lead to the connect between surface water and underground stope ,and the water in the reservoir may flow direction the main mining area ,then the production safety in the main mining area can be influenced ,it is recommended that all mining activities be banned near the flood control dam area ,this part of the ore body can not be recycled .
