摘要
介绍了Zr-1%Nb合金的真空感应熔炼及铸造工艺。通过组合铸模设计和改变成分配比,改变精炼温度、精炼时间、浇注温度、铸模加热温度等参数,制备了用于高效慢化材料氢化锆研制中的氢化工艺所需要的Zr-1%Nb合金试件,其化学成分满足要求,Nb分布比较均匀;解决了气孔、集中缩孔太深等铸造质量问题;微观组织分析表明,氢化前后晶粒内呈平行条带状形貌特征,碳化锆呈颗粒状。
The vacuum induction melting and casting technology of zirconium-1% niobium alloy are introduced in this paper. Experiments are carried out by designing assembling die and changing the processing parameter such as percentage composition, temperature and time of smelting, temperature of casting, heating-up temperature of mold etc. The zirconium- 1% niobium alloy specimens are prepared for hydrogenation process in development of zirconium hydride highly effective moderator materials, and specimens meet demand of the component and homogeneous niobium; the casting quality problems such as gas hole and concentrative deep shrinkage are solved; microstructure analysis results show that parallel ribbon character in crystal grain and the pattern of zirconium carbide is granular before and after hydrogenation process.
