摘要
运用电化学工作站、金相显微镜、XRD、SEM、EDS等设备通过极化曲线分析、脱锌层深度、观察脱锌层形貌、能谱分析。结果表明在硅黄铜中加入0.007%的Zr能极大地提高硅黄铜的极化电阻,从而减小腐蚀电流,减缓腐蚀的进行;0.007%的Zr可显著提高硅黄铜在Cu Cl2溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。
To analyze polarization curve, measure the depth of dezincification layer, observe morphology and energy spectrum analysis, experiment methods were used such as electrochemical workstation, metallographic microscope, XRD, SEM and EDS for silicon brass. The results show that the polarization resistance of silicon brass was improved by adding 0.007% Zr, thus the corrosion current was decreased and the corrosion resistance was slowed down; the corrosion resistance of silicon brass in Cu Cl2 solution was improved significantly by adding 0.007% Zr.
