小行星架铸件热处理裂纹缺陷分析与消除

Heat Treatment Crack Defect Analysis and Elimination of the Planetary Frame Casting

研究了小行星架铸件的铸造过程及热处理工艺,并对小行星架热处理过程中产生的裂纹进行了分析。结果表明,应力集中是小行星架产生裂纹的主要原因。降低加热过程中升温速度及增加加热过程中保温时间,可使应力集中减轻,大大降低了铸件的废品率。

The casting process and heat treatment process of the planetary frame castings were studied, and the cracks of planetary frame generated during heat treatment process were analyzed. The results show that the stress concentration is the main cause of heat treatment cracks of planetary frame. Reducing the heating rate of heating process and increasing the preservation time of heating process can relieve stress concentration, and heat treatment cracks rejection rate of the planetary frame casting is greatly reduced.
