电炉炼钢/铸钢流程LF炉与VD炉及其工艺布置

摘要 电炉炼钢/铸钢流程设备的工艺布置,对工艺操作、生产节奏、产品质量及生产率高低,以及连铸的多炉连浇及大铸件的多炉合浇等影响很大。本文介绍了几种钢包精炼炉,分析它们工艺布置特点,与车载真空罐式的LFV法相比,采取LF炉与VD炉各自独立设置、离线布置方式,具有技术先进,工艺灵活,有利于连铸的多炉连浇及大铸件/大钢锭的多炉合浇,以及降低投资成本等优点。 The process arrangement of electric arc furnace steelmaking or cast steel process equipment has great influence on the process operation, production rhythm, product quality and productivity, multi-furnace continuous casting and multi-furnace casting of large castings. Several kinds of ladle refining furnaces were introduced, and their process arrangement characteristics were analyzed in this paper. Comparing with the LFV method on vehicle vacuum tank, the method of ladle furnace and vacuum degassing furnace set independently and offline arrangement has many advantages, such as advanced technology, flexible process, conducive to multi-furnace continuous casting and multi-furnace casting of large castings or ingot, and lower investment cost, and so on.
