摘要 简述了注塑机重要零部件——注塑缸主体座铸件的结构及其工作状态。分析了原短式主体座结构存在的设备运行可靠性差、装配工艺复杂、调试时间长、使用稳定性差等诸多不足;阐述了运用绩效技术、美学及黄金分割原理等新理念设计出的长式主体座铸件的结构特征,及其结构优化、美观性好、部件刚性高、装配工艺简化、设备运行可靠、生产总成本低等优点。其设计理念可广泛推广于其他类似铸件之结构设计过程中。 The structure and the working state of the important part of injection molding machine, the injection cylinder block casting body were sketched. The deficiencies of the original short body seat structure were analyzed, such as the poor reliability of equipment operation, complex assembling technology, debugging a long time, the use of poor stability and so on. The paper also elaborated the structural features of casting long body seat structure which was designed on the basis of performance technology, aesthetics and the golden section theory, and advantages of casting long body seat structure: the optimization of the structure, good appearance,high rigidity, the simplification of assembly technology, reliable operation of equipment, and the low total cost of production. The design concept of casting long body seat structure can be used widely in the designing of something similar to the casting.
