摘要
新建本科院校培养适应地方社会经济发展的应用性人才需要创新人才培养模式。滁州学院教科院在当前被国内外高校广泛采用的"U-S"合作人才培育模式的基础上,探索本科生跨校教学团队建设。在跨校教学团队建设的管理体制、机构设置、团队组建程序、团队考评与奖励等领域做了有益的尝试,同时也存在问题和不足。经过反思,提出转变团队观念、培养共同文化、实现组织再造以及注重团队专业发展等四个建设跨校教学团队方面的建议。
In order to cultivate talents adapting to the local social and economic development, the newly-built undergraduate universities need to innovative the mode of talents' cultivation. Chuzhou University explores the construction of interschool teaching teams through using the mode of U-S cooperation cultivation, which is widely utilized at home and abroad. As far as the interschool teaching teams is concerned, Chuzhou University carries out a beneficial attempt in such fields as the manage- ment system, establishment of organizations, team building program, team evaluation and reward and meanwhile there are some problems.
