摘要
以温州瓯贸国际框架—剪力墙结构体系设计为背景,通过墙体厚度及柱截面的变化控制结构的层间刚度比和抗剪承载力比值,在结构中部21层立面收进处,设置斜撑以分散上部的竖向力,减小下部框架柱的竖向位移差,并基于MIDAS GEN,对结构进行了静力弹塑性分析,以保证结构在中震及大震作用下抗震性能目标的实现。
Taking the framework-shear wall structural system design of Oumao International in Wenzhou City as the background, the paper allo- cates the extensive upper vertical stress at the 21 st floor elevated entry part in the middle of the structure according to the wall thickness and the interlayer stiffness ratio and anti-shear loading capacity ratio for the changing controlled structure of the column section, reduces the vertical dis- placement difference of the lower framework column, and undertakes the static-elastic-plastic analysis based on MIDAS GEN, so as to ensure the realization of the seismic performance under the middle seisms and major earthquakes.
