针对人工挖孔灌注桩开挖施工过程中遇到非常坚硬的岩层的情况进行了分析,通过多方试验、对比,选用了适宜的水钻型号,并对水钻进行了改造,调整了水钻操作工艺,同时配合以风镐,使之能适应复杂条件下岩体的破除,达到安全施工,并保证质量、进度的目的。

The paper analyzes the hardened stratum in the excavation process of the manual hole digging pile, selects the proper water drilling type by many tests and comparison, reconstructs the water drilling, and adjusts its construction craft with the pneumatic pick, so as to make it a- dapt to the breaking of stratum with the aims of being safety and ensuring its quality and progress.
