摘要 选取钢板、角钢和钢管为试验对象,探索在钢材表面进行Al—Zn—Si和Al—Zn—Si—RE热镀工艺,创新性的提出了二次助镀技术,优化并确定了各流程的工艺参数,为在输电杆塔结构用钢中推广镀铝锌硅(稀土)技术奠定了实验基础。 This paper selects steel plate, steel angle and steel tube as the test objects to explore the production techniques of hot-dip coatings of A1--Zn--Si and A1--Zn--Si--RE. The double assistant agent has been creatively put forward and the technological parameters have been opti- mized, all of which lay the experimental foundations for the promotion of A!--Zn--Si(--RE) alloy coating on the transmission tower structures.
