一种面向认知网络的不确定性评价方法

摘要 针对认知网络性能评估中存在的随机性和模糊性问题,提出了一种面向认知网络的不确定性评价方法,该方法引入了云模型理论,研究并提出了基于云模型的认知网络性能评估方法,实现了认知网络性能评价的定量与定性互换,并通过实验验证了该评价方法的可行性。 In order to solve the existing performance evaluation of cognitive network of random and fuzzy problems, a method for evaluating the uncertainty of cognitive network is proposed in this paper. The paper studies and puts forward the cognitive network performance evaluation meth- od based on Cloud Model, which implements the quantitative and qualitative swaps of cognitive network performance. Through the experiment is given to demonstrate the feasibility of the evaluation method.
