当代湖南省养猪业发展研究综述

Review of the study on the development of the pig industry of contemporary Hunan province

文章对当代湖南省养猪业发展的阶段划分、发展特点、影响因素、发展现状及发展策略等进行了综述,并加以分析,得出结论:1949年以来湖南省养猪业的发展呈现了波动式的发展特点,其发展阶段的划分应综合考量养猪业发展水平及重大影响因素进行界定;湖南省养猪业的发展历来受政策、科技、粮食、市场等多种因素的影响;湖南省养猪业正处在关键转型期,存在一定的问题,需要采取相应的发展策略以促进湖南省养猪业的持续健康发展。

This paper reviews the stage division, development characterlstics, influencing factors, current development status and development strategies of the pig industry in contemporary Hunan province, and then analyzes them to draw the conclusions as follows： the development of the pig industry in Hunan province has presented the development characteristic of fluctuation since 1949 ,and the division of its development course should be comprehensively considered the development level of the pig industry and the important influencing factors to make the definition ; the development of the pig industry in Hunan province has always been affected, by the policy technology, food, market and other factors ; the pig in- dustry in Hunan province is at a critical transition period and exists some problems, and the appropriate development strategies need to be adopt- ed to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the pig industry in Hunan province.
