西方市场社会主义者对计划与市场关系的讨论由来已久,并设计了各有侧重的结合模式。本轮危机以来,理论研究深化了过去的讨论。这次讨论的焦点是,计划之于资本主义是否是必要的?经济计划或经济规划在危机复苏和缓解资本主义制度的整体性矛盾方面可能有哪些作为?尽管经济计划还没有在美欧国家普遍实践,但促进实体经济、扶植新兴产业的中长期规划,无论在国家战略层面还是地区层面,已经开始对资本主义经济发挥实质作用。

Market Socialism has a long history of discussing the relationship between economic plan and market, when has designed various combination modes. Discussion has been deepened since the 2008 crisis, which focuses on whether economic plan is nec- essary for capitalism？ What role economic plan or economic planning may play in the re- covery of crisis ？ Despite economic plan has not been put in common practice in western countries, the long-term planning of promoting the real economy and fostering emerging industries, both in the national strategic level and regional level, has begun to play a substantial role to capitalist economy.
