泌尿系统相关疾病中长链非编码RNA表达变化的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 长链非编码RNA（Long non-codingRNA，LncRNA）是一类转录本长度超过200核苷酸的非编码RNA分子，不被翻译成蛋白质的一类RNA。近年来相关研究发现LncRNA在泌尿系统相关疾病中起着重要作用，有可能为泌尿系统相关疾病诊断和治疗提供新依据。本文结合国内外最新报道，对LncRNA在泌尿系统相关疾病中研究现状及进展作一综述。
