摘要
简述了大型钢铸锻件中氢的来源,分析了样品的采集、加工、清洗、测定对氢分析结果的影响,解决了生产中氢分析结果波动过大的问题,提出科学合理的氢分析结果评价标准和异常氢结果的解决方案。试验表明:定氢试样适合用四氯化碳或丙酮进行超声清洗;严格控制取样和制样过程,合理选择分析参数,保持仪器处于稳定状态并规范操作,可以实现氢含量精确分析,得到准确的氢分析结果。
The source of hydrogen in large castings and forgings were discussed briefly, and the effects of collection, processing, cleaning and detecting for samples on the analysis results of hydrogen content were analyzed. The problem on too big changes of analysis results for hydrogen content was solved in production. The evaluation of the scientific and reasonable analysis results for hydrogen content and the solutions on abnormal results of hydrogen were put forward. The experiment shows that the samples are suitable for ultrasonic cleaning with carbon tetrachloride or acetone. By strict control of sampling and preparation process, reasonable selection of analysis parameters, keeping the instrument in a stable state and regulating the operation, the precise analysis of hydrogen content can be realized to get accurate hydrogen analysis results.
