大型球墨铸铁件的过滤新技术

摘要 为解决大型球墨铸铁件使用过滤片过程中存在的问题,提出了冲压型直孔过滤片的过滤机制,并对其进行了模拟和实际浇注试验,使生产的过滤片具有优异的过铁能力,以及不易堵塞、不易破碎等性能,详细分析了浇注系统设计对铁水过滤的影响。结果表明,大型球墨铸铁件要得到好的过滤效果,除了需要有高性能的过滤片,一个设计合理且与过滤片的放置相匹配的浇注系统是必须具备的条件。 To solve the problems existing in the filter process for large ductile iron castings, the filtering mechanism of pressing straight hole filter was put forward, and the simulation and actual casting test were conducted to make the filter with excellent ability of filtering molten iron and without blocked and broken. The effects of gating system design on filtering molten iron were analyzed in detail. The results show that except for using a filter with high performance, a reasonable gating system which matches with the placement of filters is the necessary condition to get a good filtering effect.
