摘要
为满足工程应用型自动化类专业学生学习数控技术原理和设计方面的需要,研制了基于FANUC-0i-TD系统的双路径数控综合实验装置。本文详细阐述该实验装置的总体设计思想、数控系统硬件配置、FSSB伺服总线设定、PMC结构化编程等。利用该装置,可进行数控系统连接、伺服驱动设置及调试、PMC连接及编程、数控插补原理、数控宏程序编程、数控ISO代码加工编程等多项实训或实验,为自动化专业学生学习研究数控设备的电气控制设计和调试提供了平台。
To meet the requirements of automation major students to learn the principles and design of numerical control technology, a comprehensive experimental device was developed based on dual path CNC FANUC-0i -TD system. The overall design of the experimental device, CNC system hardware configuration, FSSB servo bus set and PMC structured programming are given in this article. A platform is provided by this device for students to learn electrical control design and commissioning of CNC equipment through a number of training or experiments, including CNC system connection, servo drive set up and commissioning, PMC connection and programming, CNC interpolation principle, CNC macro programming, CNC machining ISO code programming etc.
