摘要
文章主要对冷轧厂废边卷取机耐磨板固定螺栓断进行研究,通过对废边卷取机卷取及卸卷过程入手,进行受力分析判断出螺栓频繁断裂的原因为支撑端结构未起作用,并提出针对性改进措施。
The article studies the breakage of the bolts at the waste edge coiling machine which is used in the Cold Rolling Mili; by the unloading process, finally fred out the reasons that the bolts broken frequently is that support structure is not worked, and gives targeted measures for improvement.
