摘要 以培养和激发学生学习动机为切入点,遵循针对性、灵活性、综合性、导向性的原则,激活学生内部学习动力,是提高大学课堂教学有效性的重要方法。教师应通过帮助学生树立正确的价值观、培养积极的思维模式、巩固良好的行为习惯、运用合适的方法,以"价值"吸引学生投入、以"目标"引领学生发展、以"激励"引导学生进步、以"考核"促进学生自觉、以"互动"启迪学生思维、以"人格魅力"影响学生人格,主动构建优质、高效课堂。 Taking cultivating and stimulating the students" learning motivation as the breakthrough point, following the principles of pertinence, flexibility, comprehensiveness and orientation, and stimulating the students" internal learning motivation are important _ methods to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching in universities~ Teachers should help students set up correct values, cultivate a positive thinking pattern, consolidate good behavior habits and use appropriate methods~ They should also attract .the students with "values", lead their development with "incentive", improve their consciousness with "assessment", inspire their thinking with "interaction" and affect their personality with "personal charm" in order to take the initiative to construct high-quality and efficient classroom teaching.
