中外中等职业教育经费保障机制比较研究

Comparative Research of the Security Mechanisms of Secondary Vocational Educational Funding from Home and Abroad

与美、英、德等国家比较可见,我国中等职业教育经费保障机制尚存立法相对滞后、执法力度偏弱、经费水平偏低、经费结构不合理等不足。学习借鉴国外经验,根据我国实际,加强中等职业教育宏观调控、保障经费供给、做好经费监管等是完善我国中等职业教育经费保障机制的可行路径。

Compared with the US, the UK, Germany and other countries, the security mechanism of secondary vocational educational funding in China has problems such as time lag of legislation, weak law enforcement, low level of funding, irrational funding structure etc. To learn from foreign experience, strengthen the macro-control of secondary vocational education, guarantee the funding supply and supervision according to the reality of our country are feasible ways to perfect the security mechanism of China＇s secondary vocational educational funding.
