职业学校课堂教学互动存在问题有:频繁提问、讨论不足、演示过多、视频失度、纠错方向不明。有效互动应做到:一定是因为学生而动、一定是面向每一个学生、一定要师生平等、一定要激发学生思维、一定是分享共享。

The existing problems of interaction in vocational classroom teaching include frequent questions, inadequate group discussion, too much demonstration, inappropriate video displaying and disoriented mutual correction. Effective interaction conditions are as follows： it must be for the students and involve every student; it must be equal between the teacher and the students; it must be inspiring and sharing.
