职业素养逐渐被用人单位所关注,成为影响高职学生就业质量的关键因素。苏州健雄职业技术学院实行"嵌入式"校企合作人才培养模式,构建了学生职业素养训练体系。在实施课岗对接、分阶段、螺旋递进式职业技能课程体系提升学生职业技能的同时,开展职业生涯规划活动、第二课堂活动培养和各项提升训练活动等,有效提高了学生的职业素养,提升了学生的就业竞争力。

Employers concern more about the professional quality, which has become the key factor affecting higher vocational students employment quality. Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology implements the embedded school-enterprise cooperation mode and constructs the students professional quality training system. While improving the students professional skills, career planning activities, the second classroom activities and other training activities have been carried out to effectively improve their professional quality and their employment competitiveness.
