管线工程水土保持监测实施方案编制的探讨

Exploration of Schemes Compiling of Water and Soil Conservation Monit-oring Pipeline Construction Project

随着经济建设的快速发展,资源开发、基础建设对区域生态环境的影响也越来越为社会各界所关注。为此,以西气东输二线工程(平顶山—泰安支线)为例,就管线工程水土保持监测实施方案中监测范围、监测内容、监测方法、监测重点、监测点位布设等内容进行了研究,为其他类似工程水土保持监测方案的制定提供了有益参考。

With the rapid development of economic construction, the impact of resource development, infrastructure of the regional ecological environment is also growing concern for the community. Taking West-East Gas Pipeline Project （Pingdingshan -Talan Extension） project as an example, the pipeline project and water conservation monitoring embodi- ment, the scope of monitoring, monitor- ing content, monitoring methods, moni- toring priorities, monitoring site layout and other contents were studied in order to provide a useful reference for other soil and water conservation monitoring programs to develop similar projects.
