中西医结合治疗鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of integrative medicine therapy in treatment of secretory otitis media in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效,从根本上控制鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎的发病率。方法:从门诊患者中筛选60例鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎的患者随机分成2组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗。结果:随访半年,治疗组有效率93.3%,对照组有效率66.7%,两组比较差异有显著性。结论:采用中西医结合治疗鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎,疗效优于单纯西医治疗,此方法值得推广。

Objective：To investigate clinical effect of combined treatment of secretory otitis media in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and control of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy fundamentally after the incidence of secretory otitis media.Methods： Secretory otitis media selected 60 cases from the outpatients after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group was treated with routine western medicine, the treatment group treated by combined western and Chinese medicine. Results During the follow-up of 6 months, the effective rate of treatment group 93.3%, control group, the effective rate was66.7%, there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Combined with secretory otitis media in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, curative effect is better than pure western medicine, this method is worthy of popularization.
