中医疗法在支气管哮喘治疗中的效果分析

Application of TCM therapy in treating bronchial asthma

目的:总结探讨中医疗法在支气管哮喘治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2012年6月-2013年6月期间我院收治的90例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组患者给予镇静、吸氧、止咳、解痉等基础治疗,观察组患者在基础治疗上应用中医辨证治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效及用药安全性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.55%明显高于对照组77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医治疗支气管哮喘疗效确切,有助于提高肺部功能,且用药安全,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM therapy for bronchial asthma. Methods：90 patients with bronchial asthma were selected as study group and divided into the control group （45）, treated by sedation, oxygen, cough, antispasmodic and other basic treatment and the observation group （45） was treated by TCM therapy more than the control group. Clinical efficacy and drug safety of two groups were analyzed. Results：The total effective rate of the observation group （95.55%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （77.78%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM for bronchial asthma has excellent efficacy, can improve lung function, and drug safety.
