中药与小针刀联用对椎动脉型颈椎病椎动脉血流的影响

Effects of TCM on vertebral artery type of cervical vertebral artery blood flow

目的:探讨中药与小针刀联用对椎动脉型颈椎病椎动脉血流的影响。方法:选取椎动脉型颈椎病患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各60例;其中对照组患者采用针刺加推拿治疗;试验组患者采用中药方剂加小针刀治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后椎动脉血流参数指标等。结果:试验组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后椎动脉血流参数指标均显著优于治疗前,且试验组患者治疗后各项指标水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药与小针刀联用可有效改善椎动脉型颈椎病椎动脉血流,提高临床疗效,具有临床应用价值。

Objective：To investigate effects of TCM on vertebral artery type of cervical vertebral artery blood flow. Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into two group, the control group was given acupuncture plus massage;the experimental group was given TCM medicine plus knife acupuncture. Results：Clinical effects in the experimental were obviously better （P〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the difference of Vs and Vm index level in control group was not statistically significant （P＆gt;0.05）. Vd level in the control group was better than before treatment （P〈0.05）. In the experimental group, vertebral artery blood flow parameters indicators were obviously improved and better than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine plus knife acupuncture shows great effects and was worthy of clinical application.
