中医药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical research on treating CHD angina in TCM

目的:探讨中医药对冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病心绞痛治疗的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2010年9月-2013年10月收治的80例冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病心绞痛患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组40例,观察组40例,对照组行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用中医药治疗,对治疗结果进行分析。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,对照组为72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者症状评分显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中医药对冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病心绞痛治疗效果显著,能显著改善患者症状,从而利于患者预后,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, angina. Methods：80 cases of coronary artery atherosclerosis were randomly divided into a control group of 40 patients, 40 patients in the control group underwent conventional treatment, observation group were treated with TCM more than conventional therapy, the treatment results were analyzed. Results：The total effective rate was 92.50%, 72.50%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;In the observation group symptom scores were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM for CHD angina show a significant treatment effect, can significantly improve symptoms, thereby facilitating prognosis.
