中西医结合治疗血尿171例观察

Clinical observation on treating 171 cases of hematuria in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗血尿的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年9月-2013年9月期间收治的171例血尿患者的临床病例资料。结果:所有患者经有效治疗后,痊愈135例,好转30例,无效6例,有效率为96.5%。无效的6例患者中包括3例急诊手术治疗,2例恶化死亡,1例放弃治疗。结论:中西医结合治疗血尿临床效果显著,该方法值得在临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Integrative Medicine on hematuria. Methods：171 patients with hematuria were analyzed. Results：all patients were effectively treated, cured in 135 cases, improved in 30 cases, 6 cases, the effective rate was 96.5%. Invalid for 6 patients, including 3 cases of emergency surgery, deterioration of 2 deaths, 1 case to abandon treatment. Conclusion： The integrative medicine for hematuria can gain significant clinical effect.
