中医针灸治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效分析

An analysis of treating intractable hiccups by acupuncture

目的:探究中医针灸在有效治疗顽固性呃逆中的临床效果。方法:从我院在2013年1月-2014年1月收治的14例患有顽固性呃逆患者给予中医针灸治疗,分析最终治疗效果。结果:所探究的患者中有10例患者都是在针灸一次后就痊愈,痊愈率为71.42%,有4例到院进行第二次针灸,四例均治愈,治愈率为100%。结论:中医针灸治疗顽固性呃逆痊愈率高,操作简单方便,患者治愈时间短,未见不良反应,可继续用于临床治疗顽固性呃逆。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of acupuncture on intractable hiccups. Methods： 14 patients with intractable hiccups in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were given acupuncture. Clinical efficacy was analyzed in the end. Results：10 cases were cured at the first time, the curative rate was 71.42%;4 cases were cured at the second time, the curative rate was 100.00%. Conclusion：Acupuncture showed high curative rate on intractable hiccups, the operation was simple and convenient, the curative time was short with no adverse reaction.
