综合护理对老年人支气管哮喘生活质量的影响

Comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly asthma

目的:观察综合护理对老年人支气管哮喘生活质量的影响。方法:将就诊住院病人86人随机分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组为常规护理,观察组为常规护理加综合护理,综合护理主要为健康教育、心理护理、饮食护理、呼吸锻炼。病人出院后嘱咐其坚持自我综合护理,并于出院后第6个月时采用哮喘生活质量评估量表(AQLQ)对患者进行评分。结果:观察组患者的AQLQ中的总均分和五大项目得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理能改善支气管哮喘的生活质量,值得推广运用。

Objective：To observe the improvement of life quality in elderly asthma patients intervened by comprehensive nursing. Methods：86 patients have been randomly divided into observation group which treated with routine nursing and control group with routine and comprehensive nursing including health education, psychological nursing, diet nursing and respiratory training during be in and out hospital. After the sixth month, the asthma quality of life questionnaire （AQLQ） has been used to evaluate the effect of life quality. Results：The total values and the five items values of AQLQ were higher in observation group than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention is a good way to improve life quality in elderly asthma patients.
