摘要
目的:探讨分层级管理模式在护理教学查房中的应用效果。方法:每次查房由三人负责。一级护士负责采集病史,确定护理问题,制定护理措施并在会上作详细的汇报,二级护士进行补充和修正,三级护士负责现场点评,并补充该疾病的重点和相关临床知识,做好知识要点抽题回答。结果:实施启动分层护士在护理教学查房中的应用,调动了各层级护士的积极性,营造了良好的学习氛围,增强全科护士的责任感和成就感。结论:分层级管理提高了患者满意度,规范了护理流程,能更好地服务于患者,提高医院的知名度。
Objective:To investigate effects of hierarchical management model on nursing teaching ward rounds. Methods:Three nurses were responsible for each ward rounds. Class A nurse was responsible for collecting medical history, to determine the care problems, develop care measures and to detail report at the meeting;Class B nurse was responsible for additions and amendments;Class C nurse was responsible for site reviews, and added focus and clinical knowledge of disease. Results:Nurse stratified can mobilize the enthusiasm of nurse; create a good learning atmosphere, increase responsibility and sense of accomplishment of nurses. Conclusion: Hierarchical management can improve patient satisfaction and standardize care processes to serve patients better, and improve the visibility of the hospital.
