护士分层级管理在护理教学查房中的应用

Application of nurses hierarchical management in nursing teaching

目的:探讨分层级管理模式在护理教学查房中的应用效果。方法:每次查房由三人负责。一级护士负责采集病史,确定护理问题,制定护理措施并在会上作详细的汇报,二级护士进行补充和修正,三级护士负责现场点评,并补充该疾病的重点和相关临床知识,做好知识要点抽题回答。结果:实施启动分层护士在护理教学查房中的应用,调动了各层级护士的积极性,营造了良好的学习氛围,增强全科护士的责任感和成就感。结论:分层级管理提高了患者满意度,规范了护理流程,能更好地服务于患者,提高医院的知名度。

Objective：To investigate effects of hierarchical management model on nursing teaching ward rounds. Methods：Three nurses were responsible for each ward rounds. Class A nurse was responsible for collecting medical history, to determine the care problems, develop care measures and to detail report at the meeting;Class B nurse was responsible for additions and amendments;Class C nurse was responsible for site reviews, and added focus and clinical knowledge of disease. Results：Nurse stratified can mobilize the enthusiasm of nurse; create a good learning atmosphere, increase responsibility and sense of accomplishment of nurses. Conclusion： Hierarchical management can improve patient satisfaction and standardize care processes to serve patients better, and improve the visibility of the hospital.
