中医辨证法结合西医治疗重症哮喘的疗效研究

Research on treating severe asthma in TCM with modern medicine

目的:减轻重症哮喘患者病情反复发作情况,探索中西医结合对重症哮喘的影响。方法:选取2013年6月-2014年9月我院重症哮喘患者60例,采用区组随机法,将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用雾化吸入中药,比较治疗后血气指标以及复发率。结果:治疗2周后对比两组动脉血二氧化碳分压、动脉血氧分压以及氧饱和度指标,结果提示P<0.01,有显著性统计学差异,说明观察组在改善重症哮喘患者的血气指标方面有明显的优势。治疗后观察组总有效率为96.7%,复发率为6.7%,对照组为80.0%,复发率为50%。经统计学分析,P<0.05,有统计学意义。说明观察组不仅有较高的临床疗效,而且复发率较低。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上加用中药方不仅能够更好地改善患者的病情,同时能够降低复发率。

Objective： To alleviate the condition of patients with recurrent severe asthma in the integrative medicine. Methods： 60 cases severe asthma were randomized into two groups the observed group and the control group, observed group received TCM treatment more than routine therapy. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency was 96.7%, the recurrence rate was 6.7% in the observed group, better than 80.0% and 50%,P〈0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion： Western medicine plus TCM have a better condition to improve severe asthma.
