四物消风散在表皮生长因子受体抑制剂引起的皮疹治疗中的疗效分析

Efficacy of Siwu Xiaofeng San on treating rash from EGF receptor inhibitor

目的:观察四物消风散治疗表皮生长因子受体抑制剂引起的皮疹的临床疗效。方法:将42例口服吉非替尼出现皮肤反应的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组21例,研究组应用四物消风散加减治疗,对照组常规应用氯雷他定等,分析两组患者皮疹缓解情况。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组中皮疹停药率明显低于对照组。结论:四物消风散在表皮生长因子受体抑制剂引起的皮疹治疗中使有效率提高,皮肤毒副反应减轻。

Objective： To observe Siwu Xiaofeng San on treating rash from EGF receptor inhibitor. Methods： 42 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, with skin reactions from oral gefitinib imatinib, were randomly assigned to the study group and the control group, 21 cases for each. The study group recieved Siwu Xiaofeng San. Results： The study group and the control group were compared for treatment efficiency （P〈0.05）, and rash discontinuation rate in the study group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion： The Siwu Xiaofeng San was effective for rash treatment from EGF receptor inhibitor-induced.
