针灸康复优化技术对偏瘫患者生活活动能力指标的恢复状况分析

Clinical analysis of acupuncture rehabilitation optimization techniques on life activity index of patients with hemiplegia

目的:总结分析针灸康复优化技术对偏瘫患者生活活动能力指标恢复的影响。方法:我院收治的70例偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予常规性治疗,观察组给予针灸康复优化技术治疗。结果:观察组治疗有效率为91.43%,明显高于对照组的68.57%,NDS评分明显低于对照组,而ADL、FCA评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸康复优化技术能积极改善偏瘫患者的生活活动能力,具有显著的临床应用效果。

Objective： To investigate clinical impact of acupuncture rehabilitation optimization techniques on life activity index of patients with hemiplegia. Methods： 70 patients with hemiplegia were divided into control group （35）, treated with conventional treatment and the observed group （35）, treated by acupuncture rehabilitation optimization techniques. Results： Treatment efficiency of observed group （91.43%） was higher than that in control group （68.57%）; NDS scores were significantly lower than that in the control group; ADL, FCA scores were significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture rehabilitation optimized techniques can improve the lives of patients with hemiplegia activity, with significant clinical effects.
