摘要
目的:评价针刺结合穴位注射治疗盘源性下腰痛临床疗效。方法:88例椎间盘源性下腰痛患者采用针刺结合穴位注射治疗。结果:总有效率为97.8%。结论:针刺结合穴位注射治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛,疗效显著,安全可靠,取穴少,痛苦小,适应症广泛,值得临床进一步推广与研究。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on low back pain. Methods： 88 cases of discogenic back pain received acupuncture combined with acupoint injection therapy. Results： The total efficiency was 97.8%. Conclusion： The combination of acupuncture plus point injection for discogenic low back pain can make a significant effect, safe and reliable.
