益气活血汤结合神灯照射治疗糖尿病足80例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on 80 cases of diabetes foot with the Yiqi Huoxue decoction plus radiation therapy

目的:探讨益气活血汤结合神灯照射治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:选择因慢性下肢动脉缺血导致糖尿病足患者80例,分为常规治疗对照组(A组)40例,予常规治疗;常规治疗加益气活血汤结合神灯照射治疗(B组)40例。两组均以15d为1个疗程治疗3个疗程。结果:A组有效率为82.5%,B组有效率为95%,两组对比,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组平均治愈天数、好转天数与对照组对比差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血汤结合神灯照射治疗糖尿病足优于西医常规治疗。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction plus radiation therapy on diabetic foot. Methods： 80 cases of diabetic foot were divided into the conventional treatment control group （group A） 40 cases, with routine therapy; routine treatment with Yiqi Huoxue decoction plus radiation therapy （B group） 40 cases. Results： A group was 82.5%, B group was 95%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Radiation therapy for diabetic foot is better than routine treatment ifcombined with Yiqi Huoxue decoction.
