自拟和解化络饮对抗结核药物不良反应拮抗作用观察

Observation on antagonism against adverse reactions from antituberculosis drug with the Hejie Hualuo decoction

目的:观察和解化络饮[1]在治疗结核性胸腔积液过程中对抗结核药物不良反应拮抗作用的临床观察。方法:选取61例胸腔积液患者,其中治疗组31例,对照组30例,治疗组用和解化络饮加常规抗结核药物,对照组仅用常规抗结核药物。7d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:和解化络饮治疗在治疗结核性胸腔积液过程中对抗结核药物不良反应拮抗作用总有效率为89.6%。结论:和解化络饮治疗胸腔积液疗效好,且能明显减弱或消除抗结核药物所引起的不良反应。

Objective： To observe antagonism against adverse reactions from antituberculosis drug with the Hejie Hualuo decoction. Methods： 61 cases of patients with pleural effusion, 31 cases in the treatment group, treated with antituberculosis drug and the Hejie Hualuo decoction, and the control group of 30 patients were treated with only conventional anti-TB drugs. Results： efficacy of Hejie Hualuo decoction during the antagonism of anti-TB drug adverse reaction was 89.6% of the total. Conclusion： The Hejie Hualuo decoction for pleural effusion is good, and obviously can weaken or eliminate adverse effects caused by the anti-TB drugs.
