中药痤疮方在寻常痤疮治疗中的应用

A Effective analysis of treating acne in TCM

目的:探究在治疗寻常痤疮时应用中药痤疮方的临床效果。方法:抽取2012年8月-2013年5月在我院皮肤科就诊的46例寻常痤疮患者进行临床研究,将患者随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组患者接受中药痤疮方治疗,对照组患者则接受异维A酸口服治疗,治疗结束后,观察两组患者的临床效果并作统计分析。结果:经治疗,实验组患者疗效评分和治疗有效率与对照组之间无明显差别,效果相当(P>0.05);实验组不良反应率明显低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗寻常痤疮中应用中药痤疮方具有显著疗效,与异维A酸比较效果相当但不良反应率较低,更加安全可靠。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of TCM medicine on acne side. Methods： 46 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group received TCM treatment. Results： There was no significant difference between groups, the effect is quite （P〉0.05）; adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, with a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM treatment of acne vulgaris has a significant effect, with low rate of adverse reactions, more secure and reliable.
