浅议从肾论治围绝经期高血压

Treating perimenopausal hypertension in TCM

围绝经期高血压是女性患者围绝经期的常见疾病,发病与肾脏密切相关,其病因病机以肾虚为本,冲任失调,天癸衰竭,致使"肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫"轴失调。本文着重从肾之阴阳失调对围绝经期高血压的病因病机进行探讨,为临床论治围绝经期高血压提供新思路。

Perimenopausal women with high blood pressure is a common disease in perimenopausal period, the incidence is closely related to the kidney; its etiology and pathogenesis in kidney-oriented goes to Chong and Ren disorders, menstruation failure, resulting in kidney-menstruation-Chong and Ren-uterus axis disorders. This article focuses on the yin and kidney disorders; perimeno- pausal pathogenesis of hypertension is discussed for the clinical treatment.
