中药治疗幽门螺杆菌感染性胃病的疗效观察

Treating gastropathy with helicobacter pylori infection in TCM

目的:探讨采用中药施治幽门螺杆菌感染性胃病的临床效果。方法:选择幽门螺杆菌所致的60例感染性胃病患者,随机分为两组,就中医辨证分型治疗(研究组,n=30),与西药治疗(对照组,n=30)效果进行比较。结果:研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医辨证分型方法为幽门螺杆菌感染性胃病患者施治,可显著提升临床疗效,降低不良反应,促进患者康复。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of TCM on gastropathy with Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods： 60 gastric disease patients were randomly divided into two groups,TCM （study group, n=30）, and Western medicine treatment （control group, n=30）. Results： In the study group, the total effective rate was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The TCM differentia- tion for gastropathy Helicobacter pyloriinfection can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
