中医治疗三踝骨折的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of treating three ankle fractures in TCM

目的：探讨中医治疗三踝骨折的临床疗效及可行性。方法：将我院2012年1月-2014年6月间收治的三踝骨折患者87例,按照治疗方案分为中医组和西医组,中医组给予中医正骨结合中药汤剂治疗,西医组采用切开复位内固定加石膏外固定治疗,随访3个月~1年,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后踝关节功能评分。结果：中医组优良率达到93.33%,与西医组优良率88.10%相比,无明显差异（P〉0.05）,治疗1个月后,西医组患者踝关节评分高于中医组（P〈0.05）,治疗3个月后两组患者踝关节评分无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：中医治疗三踝骨折可取得与手术相当的效果,且可减少损伤,安全可行,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and feasibility of TCM on three ankle fractures. Methods： 87 cases were divided into the TCM group and Western medicine group, The TCM group was treated with combination of TCM orthopedics decoction, western medicine group were cut reduction,internal and external fixation plaster. Results： Practitioners excellent rate of 93.33% in TCM than 88.10%. In 3 month of treatment, ankle scores in both groups were not significantly different （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：TCM treatment for ankle fractures can reduce the damage, is safe and feasible, worthy of clinical application.
