A Tentative Study on Construction of MBA Dissertations' Evaluation System

为了保证MBA学位论文的质量和高层次应用型工商管理人才培养的质量,MBA学位论文评价体系的构建迫在眉睫。笔者初步构建了MBA学位论文评价体系,包括三个相互联系和影响的子体系,即:基于论文类型的多样化评价标准体系、基于过程的多时点评价体系以及基于结果的多元主体评价体系。

In order to guarantee the quality of MBA dissertation and cultivate practical management talents in a high level, it is urgent to build up an evaluation system for MBA dissertation .We tentatively construct an evaluation system for MBA dissertation which includes three sub -systems.It consists of a type -based di-versified evaluation system , a process-based diversified evaluation system and a result -based diversified e-valuation system .Based on this construction , it will give a guide to the evaluation of MBA dissertation in China.
