摘要
近年来螺旋榨油机市场出现了压榨级数5~6级（甚至7~8级）的螺旋榨油机,一些用户在相信虚夸宣传的情况下购买了该类产品,而最终产品无法正常工作,给广大用户带来了较大经济损失和极大烦恼。针对上述现象不断发生,从理论和实际出发,本文简单介绍了小型螺旋榨油机多级压榨结构、功能、原理、过程以及螺旋榨油机压榨级数现状,论述了影响螺旋榨油机压榨性能的因素、3~4级压榨的可行性、5~6级压榨的弊端等,为行业产品开发研究和用户选购产品提供参考。
In recent years, screw oil press of press series of 5-6 series （even 7-8 series） has been appeared in screw oil press market, majority of users had bought such products in case of believing these exaggerated propaganda, But finally these products can not work normally, and also had brought great economic loss and great trouble to the majority of users. In view of the above phenomena have been occurred. Multistage press structure, function, principle, process of a small screw oil press, and fro,sent situation of press series of screw oil press were simply introduced. Influencing faetors of press perforn,anee of screw oil press, the feasibility of 3-4 series press and the defects of 5-6 series press were discussed. All these is been to provide reference for the industry product development research and user to choose and buy products.
