摘要
以小桐子毛油为原料,通过正交试验开展了脱胶工艺研究。试验结果表明:在转化剂加量0.12%、转化温度55℃、转化时间20min、脱胶剂加量1.2%和脱胶时间12min的条件下,小桐子油中的磷、氮和金属等微量杂质含量明显减少,脱胶效果明显。在试验研究的基础上,对毛油脱胶机理进行了分析。
Taking jatropha crude oil as raw material, degumming process was studied by orthogonal test. Results showed that phosphorus, nitrogen and other microimpurity were significantly reduced, and degumming effect obviously under optimum conditions, which were conversion agent dosage 0.12%, conversion temperature 55℃, conversion time 20min, degumming agent dosage 1.2% and degumming time 12min. Degumming mechanism of jatropha crude oil was analyzed based on test research.
