摘要
建立了一种准确对葡萄酒中富马酸、乳酸和柠檬酸含量测定的仪器方法 ,在检测范围5~200mg/L成线性,R=0.9997,RSD为0.3%~1.0%(n=8),最低检测浓度分别为2.5mg/kg、0.25g/kg和0.25g/kg。此方法快速简单、灵敏,重现性良好。
A good method of HPLC determination for fumaric acid, laetic acid and citric acid in wines was established. Linear range of organic acids was 5-200mg/L and RSD was 0.3%-1.0% (n=8) . This method is fast, simple, accurate and reproducible for quality control of organic acids in wines.
