摘要
本文以1,8-萘酰亚胺为荧光团、亚胺基为质子受体、4-位长链烷基氨基为极性敏感基团合成了对极性和质子敏感的荧光探针。研究了探针在不同极性溶剂中的光谱性质,探索了酸以及有机溶剂如甲醇和乙腈中水含量对探针光谱的影响。结果表明溶剂极性及酸含量明显影响化合物的光谱性质;在乙腈中微量水的存在使得化合物的发射波长显著红移、荧光强度急剧降低,为乙腈中微量水的检测提供可能。
A fluorescent probe was synthesized with 1,8-naphthalimide as the fluorophore, imide group as the acceptor for proton and 4-long chain alkyl as the sensitive group for polarity. The absorption and emission spectra of the probe in different solvents were tested. The effects of acid and water content in organic solvents (such as MeCN and MeOH) on the spectral properties of the probe were investigated as well. The absorption and emission peaks shifted to the red region with increasing solvent polarity. Obvious spectral responses towards acid in MeCN were observed. The presence of very small amount of water in MeCN led to clear fluorescence decrease companied with significant red-shift in the emission wavelength. This result indicates that the probe could potentially be used in the detection of micro water content in acetonitrile.
