脉搏波形态特征与血压相关性的研究 被引量:11

摘要 研究目的:血压是人体最重要的生命体征之一,血压的稳定有助于维持身体各个部位的正常工作。目前大多数无创血压测量采用的是袖带法压力测量,测量时需要对袖带进行充气放气,不能用于便携式携带。研究方法:对受试者进行血压测量,同时利用研制的光电容积脉搏波(PPG)采集器获取PPG信号。通过算法计算每个脉搏波的波形特征参数,改变血压并观察脉搏波形态特征变化与血压变化之间的关系,验证脉搏波形态与血压之间的相关性。实验结果:光电脉搏波形态与血压之间有较好的相关性。结论:实验结果表明,通过脉搏波波形形态检测血压的方法具有较好的测量精度,该结果有助于研究新的便携式无创连续血压测量装置,可以应用于临床病危病人、家庭健康护理等便携式连续血压监测。 Objective: Blood pressure is one of the most important vital sign. It can help the various parts of the body to do their job normally. Most of the current non-invasive blood pressure measurement is used in pressure measurement with cuff, it need to aerate and deflate when measuring. It can't be used for portable measurement. Methods: The researchers measured pressure on the subjects, acquiring photoplethysmography (PPG) signals at the same time. We calculate characteristic parameters of PPG waveform with the algorithm, change blood pressure and observe the relationship between the changes of blood pressure and morphology change of pulse wave, verify correlation between the morphology of pulse wave and blood pressure. Results: There is a good correlation between the morphology of pulse wave form and blood pressure. Conclusion: Experimental result shows that measure pressure through morphology of pulse wave have good measurement accuracy. It can help develop a portable successive blood pressure detection used for some place such as hospital clinical ill patients or Home Health Care(HHC) and so on.
